Can I still wholesale a Foreclosed Property?

Hello all, 

I know that properties on Pre-foreclosure are nice targets for wholesalers because of the home owners need to get rid of the property for profit, however, once a house gets foreclosed, can I still make a wholesale deal out of it and sell the property?
