One town close by is really only good (in my opinion) for trailers as the ground shifts and causes foundation problems.

My new tenant, who will move in Oct. 1st, has requested that her employer automatically deposit rent into our account weekly.  

Since my original post the storm has shifted to the west and seems to be taking aim at Naples.
