However, if you as the owner are moving in, that would be a valid reason, so long as you give them ample notice time -- 60 or 90 days I think, depending on how long they've occupied.As for the other tenants, if this is their first lease term and they've lived there for less than a year, you can simply give them a non-renewal 60 days in advance of the end of their lease.

The highest performing properties are typically 5 bedroom +, luxury spaces or are new builds with great amenity's with updated outdoor spaces.

I have not seen it for a few years (not sure if they still release it or if it is just I have not had it emailed to me but I suspect they no longer do it because I still receive their market updates).

The ones I saw were between 20 and McDowell which were updated rather extensively as I understand it.
