Does it all go in the same pot or do the sponsors receive different fees or credit among themselves for sourcing the investor?

Credit pull and background check.. the one's who say no problem and check out you at least have a straight shooter .. others will just go away.. and some will have something on there.. like got arrested for smoking pot in their late teens or something non critical like that.  

It would be horrible to lose such free educational resources if the drag net is cast onto anyone a RE Agent reports rather than the Wholesalers who are not playing by the rules (by not advertising properties like an Agent).

Forget trying to find bank financing for an LLC, its like trying to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. 

It's certainly not a pot of gold, but it is a worth while endeavor if the data is readily available.
