Finding a bank for my LLC
We are new to the rental property business, but are hoping purchase our first rental property soon. I have an LLC from previous contract work I did as an engineer. I had a bank account in the LLC's name in the past but as it turns out the fees were high, so when the work dried up we closed the account.
It seems easy to get credit in the name of the LLC but not so for a bank account.
Can anyone recommend a bank for an LLC that has a low fee schedule and a reasonable minimum balance requirement?
