I am at the point now where my family and I feel ready to start investing.I currently live in Morristown, TN (sorry to anybody with a keyword for Morristown, NJ) and I have been looking at the rental markets for the past year here in Tennessee (Morristown and Jefferson City mainly, but also Knoxville, the tri-cities area, and Sevierville/Gatlinburg (STR of course!).

Trump also contributed to cultivating a poor image for Chicago by constantly using it as his whipping boy, even if it's not actually the worst actor.I like to call Chicago the Metropolis of the Midwest, which I believe is a fitting title.

Port Jefferson is also nice as well as Lake Grove and St James but the taxes there could be a reason most investors avoid it as rentals Reach out anytime and I can help u out!

Find the county website where the property is located, get the parcel number and find out the taxes paid over the last few years - this is available for almost all large metropolis areas).

However I'm looking all over the metropolis.

Check out properties in Leimert Park, Jefferson Park, West Adams, and Vermont Square area - there's a lot of development and growth happening in those neighborhoods.
