As in some previous posts, I too attended the 3 day workshop with Prosource. 

Guru workshops coming to providence rhode island, I went to the flip this house workshop in rhode island in 2015 or 2016 and it was a lot of great information and honestly was worth my free time for the first meet up and 200 dollars for the weekend discussions.

I have even went to the Fortune Builders 3 Day Workshop.

there was a well known guru in town last weekend, and i went to the free "workshop" to see what they hype was about...all they did was sell courses to all these poor suckers..cha ching..you can learn way more on here....THAT'S MY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE :mrgreen:

In my opinion you have to stop thinking about how to make money and focus on saving money if you have no cash.From my expierence, you can read all the real estate seminars and workshops you want but if you don't have a plan and some liquid reserves you are not going to last in the real estate world.
