If the long-term tenants are moving there could have been some unique arrangement between them and the old owner that they know is unlikely to continue.I know a lot of investors avoid inherited tenants whenever possible but I think it can work in the right situation.

I have even flown to other states to meet with clients.. ( of course I had talked to them on the phone. but it was big enough timber deals that I wanted a face to face and whats 1k bucks in flight car and hotel if I was going to make a few hundred grand on the deal.. its simply the cost of doing business. as this is all I do .I never did not close the deal when I made this unique effort..

., you should easily be able to obtain a personal loan from one of the lending crowd funding sites and not even have to put the property up for collateral.Your approach to real estate investing is interesting and very unique.

I can't give any specific names on BP, so yeah..The criteria is unique, it's all based on your end buyer being lined up and ready to close, so I'd suggest building a buyers list first, or get in contact with agents who work with cash buyers.
