Those, class D in particular can be too much to cut your teeth on.If you are in middle/upper income and in class A/B areas then, assuming you have time/desire it is a different story.Also like @JD Martin we found local management blows and that is why we started our own company for both our own investments as well as help solve a market problem.

You could use an enamel paint for metal to make it match the walls or trim and secure it with some good brackets and long screws into studs on the walls.

other states dont give a rip but west coast these laws were put in 2007 to 2008.. and they have teeth. and they were enacted for the exact reason Anish speaks to.. people in foreclosure are in a lots of stress last they they need is someone with no experience trying to profit on the so called i am here to help you..
