Mail once every 4 weeks (so once a month) so that you are not spamming your prospects but they are remembering you.

craigslist seems to be spammed with the same two people.

From there, you can connect with people in your local market.Just remember, don't spam anyone.Hope this helps!

My broker had an offer go straight to his spam the other day that he didn't even see until 3 days later.  

If your ad goes down right away it is probably CL that has "decided" your posts are spam.

Mathematically you can't prove a negative and you're saying no one else has or can find these leads - - self delusion imo.Secondly, unsolicited texting is spam just like mass-email campaigns from various other commercial services.Hate'm and block the send ever time so your list becomes less valuable over time.btw:  you get an A for effort, but the technology ran away with your reason.

There's an organization around here called CAUSS (Citizens Against Ugly Street Spam).
