Its definitely this - one of the few tougher states to go through all the hoops for - most national lenders carve it out since the thought is the size of the market (small) doesn't justify the expense/effort

This is analogous to a "Checkbook IRA" that uses an IRA-owned LLC to hold SDIRA assets.Within an SDIRA, the only way "checkbook control" is achievable is through the use of an IRA-owned entity.With QRPs, in contrast, "checkbook control" does not require the use of a QRP-owned entity to hold assets.Notwithstanding, when correctly implemented, there are benefits to investing within a QRP-owned LLC.TCF appears to take a "one-size fits all" approach by requiring that (a) every client establish an 401k-owned entity and (b) that entity be a Wyoming LLC or Colorado LLC.

Sometimes, if you plan to put a newer used mobile home on a piece of land or lot there may be restrictions (i.e. size, age, condition, etc) depending on the city and/or county.

I did not read the entire post -- sorry if it's a duplicate.call around to all local cabinet specialty shops -- high volume shops sometimes have orders that fall through and are custom made for someone else's space that can be a great deal -- and retrofit into the space in which you need it.hope this helpsalso if you install the prefab unfinished cabinets yourself you can do an average sized kitchen for 1200 + 200 for paint/stain done in 3-4 days max
