I have two houses now that I rent on Airbnb in the busy summer months, and rent to college students for the remainder of the year while school is in session and tourism is low.  

During our session, he told me that he wants to pack up and run and go back to Panama, but when i followed up with him about when he'd like to sell/move, he doesn't seem so eager.

I think they also host a live session periodically where you should be able to get all your questions answered. 

Maybe you could pay your CPA for a training session and set up to start.

The first session was just finished, I learned a lot of good information so far.
