Has anyone ever bought from a sheriff's sale in Philadelphia? Is it true it comes with a free and clear title when you purchase from one of these? I tried looking around online but it seems a little different everywhere you go. Would love to get some insight on the process in Philadelphia. Thanks!

Hi @Emmett O., I have never bought from a sheriff sale but there is a very informative video put together by the Sheriff's Office on the topic.  I think they also host a live session periodically where you should be able to get all your questions answered.  Unfortunately the website (www.officeofphiladelphiasheriff.com) seems to be down right now.
