but I knew that between the robotics and other stuff I could not figure out what you mean.. your a driven dude.. and I was one of the first to give you a little bit of tough love.. but once you cracked the code your a winner.. but then again you would win at any sales and marketing you just happened to chose real estate.

This just accelerates it in a big way and likely pushes AI and robots for low income to median income labor jobs to faster automation.

getting the smell permanently out can be a Monster Job.Many contractors will only approach this on a 'remove everything burnt or porous' basis.

Appraised around 150k.question it appraises for that but what would it sell for.. a lot of what I have funded over the years in the mid west apprasial and actual sales prices were very very different. those are monster spreads if you can actually sell for that..

If you're paying a PM, all your profit is going to them - but if you're not, STRs in that area are cash flow monsters.
