Xero has come out with a self employed version (think it is free or low cost)  that makes it super easy to swipe one way for personal and one way for business.

I would think you would be best demonstrating what you have done in the field as a more or less self employed real estate entrepreneur.

Hi all,I have 8 rental properties and will be refinancing them and pulling out cash, but first want to refinance my primary residence in a nontraditional way because I'm transitioning from being a W-2 professor to a self-employed investor. 

Is it possible for me to still get one of these loans without the 2 years of employment history?

We had a CTC 2 months ago and the lender said my wife’s final employment verification didn’t go through at the last minute.

I drove out there last evening and yes, the utilities are in and the lots are fully developed - paved streets, street lights, the whole thing.Does anyone have any experience buying up lots like that and building new?
