It’s hard for most people to admit, but you’ve got to honestly inventory your attributes, weaknesses, likes, dislikes, passions, persistence, personality, knowledge, intelligence etc. to decide if this is something you can be successful at.

I like real estate, but my main desire that keeps me in the industry is to achieve financial freedom to do the things that I'm very passionate about. 

If your passion is to be an RE agent, go for it. 

It wasn't until I had an old friend Justine Fey and  his wife Amber Rose reach out to me to do some repairs to a house they owned which had damage done to it from a kitchen fire started by a tenant.It was nice catching up with Justin because him and I both had a real  passion and love of Real Estate from a young age after High School...and so in catching up after so many years,  I decided gave them a really heavy discount on the repairs I had done.

I'm 20 years old so I've been committing myself to accumulating as much high-value knowledge as I can, now I'm looking to meet some people that are also passionate about rental property multi-unit investing!

It has helped learning what my passionate actually is.

In all honesty, I'm enthusiastically looking forward to this year, in connecting with people who are truly passionate about building wealth through RE investing and helps others achieve financial freedom along the way.

I have to be 100% ok with that, but she is also ok with me following my dreams and passion.
