I'm currently looking for a good property manager in the Bryan College Station area.  

When my duty station was transferred, I placed the property into rental service rather than sell it like all my short-sighted squadron mates did.

Am headed to the police station today with my documentation of the events.

There is "no such thing" as a termite test kit (you may be thinking of a bait station?). 

I'm currently stationed in Tucson AZ, but I'm originally from Albuquerque NM.

For those of you who are familiar with the area, the property is off Merritt Blvd. near the police station.

It's this simple, if you walk into gas station dirty jeans torn shirt and smells like grease you will get a different response than if you walk in there with a suit nice haircut....Try it, it's true, I do it for fun...So everyone we all have our own opinions on how things should be said and how things should be done, so let's please move on. 

We have no access past the water meter and the main is across four lanes of asphalt and through a train station, so I cut the main right after a shutoff and got a drip that ran to nothing.
