I just got my first property under contract. It's a 3 br 2 ba townhouse in Dundalk, MD. Bought for $60,151. Comps are 130-150k. Estimated rehab cost 25-30k. What do you all think?

Thank you everyone for your replies. The property was on the MLS. We made an offer the day it hit the market. There were multiple offers, so we had to give our "highest and best" offer. Fortunately our offer was accepted. I meet with my contractor on Friday to do the walk through. For those of you who are familiar with the area, the property is off Merritt Blvd. near the police station.
