There is a lot wrong with the city from crime, to pensions to taxes, to a declining population but the reality is the the declining population is isolated to one area.

Even if you have a property management company, it's worth isolating a checking account to keep things in order.

good to hear from someone local, since we are kinda isolated in this neck of the woods. 

But I think it's isolated to certain areas like Summerlin and perhaps Green Valley (haven't really looked in this area lately).
