The problem with professional like us is we're actually lazy as the world is already hunting us down so any serious real estate business makes me nervous LOL also i dont enjoy real estate that much because : (i) it is one of sector that's lacking innovation (ii) it's driven by gov. action on the financing (iii) it's long term process and kinda boring. 

Maybe it would drive innovation for more economic cars or alternative fuel sources.

I purchased a Cobbs Creek duplex through a turnkey provider TCS Investments in Nov 2019. 

Most of my clients have annual occupancy rates of 80%+, but most are doing more than just listing on the big two VR sites...they do some additional marketing that I recommend, nothing new and innovative, mostly twitter and Facebook.

Grocapitus is the most innovative syndication company I have ever seen though, so I would highly recommend attending their webinars and getting involved with them as an investor.For full transparency, his Marketing Director of Marketing and Social Engagement, Eric Bleau, has been my mentor for the past several months so I am a little biased, but, having personally been to multiple boot camps and having met several syndicators like Vinney Chopra and Anthony Chara, I can confidently say that Eric and Neal are two of the smartest, and most well-put-together players in the multifamily syndication world I've met.

Also, my clients never touch paper unless they want to, everything is done digitally. 20 years, haha, just about every industry in existence could functionally disappear in the next 20 years with technological innovation.

What is certain is that these companies will continue to innovate, and maybe someday there will be one that is the clear best choice.
