As it was a 90% LTV, I got 4.75% for 7/1 ARM, and that was not the best rate at the time, but we had to race to closing as soon as we could, we had no time shop for a decent rate.

Our stated criteria (we are intentionally vague since we don't charge screening fees, we prefer a wider applicant pool to choose from):Our Criteria:We do not deny housing for race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, marital status, or familial status.We do deny housing to individuals: when the application is not complete or accurate where there is not sufficient income/resources to pay rent and live (2x rent)where there is poor prior tenancy: evictions, violations, damage to rental property, poorly handled move outs, amounts are still owing to landlords or utilities.
