Hi Everyone,I have a rent by the room property and unfortunately, one of the tenants is being combative and aggressive with the other tenants. 

He is older and does not have a mortgage and there is a lot of deferred maintenance on the property.

I am beginning my cold calling to area apartment complexes and I feel that my approach should be much different that approaching a seller to purchase their property. 

Does anyone know of a dscr lender that will allow for seasoned money for a down payment and a really good property manager in Ohio specifically in Columbus, Cin, and Cleveland?
