Hey Alana and Minna, could I ask what tools you guys use to get previous sale data?

This is where we have collected the data for analysis.

I currently use Propstream but have found that their data is stale in many cases, specifically regarding last sale dates and properties listed as in foreclosure that no longer are.  

I'll poke through the data and find Durham county's as well.

Nothing in particular to hide other than not wanting my data to be publicly available to all.
