How to establish a land trust
Hi - I am currently under contract on a house I am purchasing. As much as possible, I'd like to not appear on public records. Nothing in particular to hide other than not wanting my data to be publicly available to all.
I'm purchasing in New Jersey and I have been looking for a way to establish a land trust, but reaching out to lawyers, there does not seem to be much dealing with this (most don't know what it is).
Do you have any recommendations on a reasonably priced company/service I could use to establish a land trust and buy the property through it?
