I took the test the first time, paid close attention, and wrote down questions that I wasnt confident I knew the answer to.

Hi Raman you didn't say what type of Real Estate investing you would like to do such as wholesaling, flipping or rentals for cash flow; however there are two books that I recommend for reading, one is "The Wall Street Journal Real Estate Investing Guidebook" by David Crook and "Flipping Confidential" by Kirsten Kemp.

I have definitely considered this idea - selling some off and keeping the gems.I don't have a property manager solution at this time but I'm confident I can't manage it myself in the midst of everything else I have going on.

I might be able to give you some insights if you can confidentially give me more information.

I was going to offer $1,000 and go up no more than $1,500 which is a little higher than I would like but I am still confident I can double my money.

I would also put mandatory negotiation, mediation, arbitration in case of a dispute to keep any issues confidential and hopefully keep costs down in avoiding litigation (sometimes med/arbitarion gets a bit costly but that usually occurs when you're dealing w/ complex deals). 

I feel confident I can make 6 figures a year being a realtor if I hustle & hustle.
