Hello Everyone!!
Hello, my name is Mildred Walter residing in Palm Beach County.
A little about myself: I worked as a Career Consultant for 17-plus years through July, 2015. I completed a real estate course at Gold Coast School of Real Estate in the Sales Associate class. I'm looking to take and pass the state exam soon. Real Estate investing has always been my passion. I owned one rental property in Palm Beach County.
I'm looking to invest in real estate in the Palm Beach Count area for now, and to some day expand my investing locations in the future. I'd like to invest in single family, multifamily, and town homes. I'm a new Pro member, and I am new to flipping, rehabbing, and wholesaling, and I am looking to connect with other real estate investors to learn as much as I possibly can from each and everyone of you.
