Once you perform the walkthrough then you can get a list and compose a letter off the items that you found on the walkthrough that need to be fixed/repaired by the tenant on move out to get their full security deposit back.

I spent most of my money on music CD's back then.

Now this is coming from someone who basically majored in arts/music.

I actually haven't really listened to music or used Facebook in the last week because I'm hooked on the podcast episodes. 

I (and my property owners) wouldn't want to be dealing with "newbies" all summer that try to bring glass bottles and loud music to poolside - and I guarantee that happens more frequently when people are temporary.
