These were real players (alot of them were listed as corporations on the deeds) who are in the business of flipping buying houses.So when they call I collect cell phone numbers, email addresses, what type of houses they like and what price range so I have all the right info when I come across a deal.And they do call...usually 2 - 3 days after I mail out the letter.This is going to cost you time and the price of the gas to get to the county court house.

Cancel the kids' cell phones.Get back on your feet, get your new business going to the point that it supports itself first, and after that you can take some money out and maybe return to your previous lifestyle if you earn enough to pay for it.

I'm not sure how much "cell time" a judge will give violators but it allows victims to sue for "treble damages", which means $90/day damages for a $30/day room.i'll hide the eviction language in the rental agreement (that they won't get a copy of).

I just don't like my personal number floating everywhere, so I use a Grasshopper-generated local number to receive and my cell for outgoing, but same concept.
