I have recently begun to get my feet wet in RE crowdfunding in the UK, and am very happily surprised to find options with relatively very liquid secondary markets for debt as well as equity options.The one platform I am looking at structures the equity in SPV's and the shares of each SPV are freely tradable on the platform at mutually agreed prices. 

As I have learned more and more about the industry, my eyes have really begun to be opened to the enormous potential.  

I’ve also just begun to attend the REIA meetings locally.

We also met with a REALTOR with investment experience and have begun interacting with him to get familiar with the local market while building up our savings.

Hey all, I'm at a point where I've begun looking for where I'd like to end up, settle down,  and buy a house.

Actually i've already begun ;) I'll also keep you posted on how things go and when i get my first deal!  

Once we really get going here we can start taking on even more flips at a time.Best part is, we need someone now, we aren't really clicking with the person we are using right now, and the project hasn't even really begun yet, so we need someone that can step up to the plate right away!
