Where to live/ Invest?
Hey all,
I'm at a point where I've begun looking for where I'd like to end up, settle down, and buy a house. I'm currently in the Seattle area and our average home price is $400k - and that is madness.
I'm a CPA so as long as it's a fair sized city , or near one, I should easily find a job.
Me personally- I wan to live somewhere that I can purchase a house with some property for a reasonable price.
Me investor wise- I'd like to find a market which exceeds the 2% rule and doesn't require a 300k house to bring in $1,000 of rent.
I know we have members from all over the country- who has some input on good potential places?
Don't really have family holding me here and I'm open to anywhere (I've lived in NY, OR, HI, and WA so far).
