As a licensed agent, my guess is that you are under the supervision of some broker.

I work at a company that sells imported grocery goods online and I pretty much supervise the company.

I had a great contractor and we worked almost like partners.I learned a lot from him and did a lot of the demo and some repairs under his supervision.

And you can buy a note anywhere in the country because you don't have to be in the area to supervise it in any way.  

Is he qualified to supervise contactors, verify their work, and report back to you?

Difficult for a beginners to start flips in other cities if they’re not there to supervise rehab.

@Nick Brubaker, If an electrician works for a large electrical company under the supervision of a licensed master electrician for years, there is no reason for him to have a license unless he wants to go out on his own.

Way too thin and the fact that you will not be on site daily to supervise will likely mean large cost overruns.

@Robert Blocker Wholesaling - that is to say, marketing a property that you do not own is illegal here in MA, unless you are a licensed real estate agent and are working under a supervising broker.No doubt, you've listened to a guru or read a blog post that says it's legal because you're selling a contract, not a property or been fed some other excuse.  

No architect or engineer is suppose to stamp/seal documents that were not personally completed by them or have been completed under direct supervision by them.
