I am a new investor looking for rehab/flip projects in the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Pittsburgh area.  My background had me operating restaurants for 20 years. Recently sold my coffee shop and now looking to get my feet wet in the RE world.  So far all the posts I have read have been quite informational.  If you are a buyers agent , contractor or home inspector in any of the cities I have listed feel free to reach out to me.

I’m a buyers agent in Pittsburgh with investor experience. The city is certainly ripe with opportunities. Are you looking for rehab and flips only? Difficult for a beginners to start flips in other cities if they’re not there to supervise rehab.
