Under the tax lien system, current law, the investor may file a foreclosure lawsuit when its been at least 3 years since the first auction but no more than 10 years.

I suspect Trump/Vance will win the election, and this useless law will disappear.

I read through the Landlord-Tenant laws regarding breaking a lease in TX, and my understanding is that he needs to give a 30 day written notice with a valid reason to terminate.

I just went to a meeting last night where the leader was saying that the tax and business classes are remade every single year because the tax laws change every year. 

Lucie doesn't have any mutli-family homes however I do find homes with mother-in-law suites from time to time where you can have more than one tenant living in each unit. 

Under the current law, the taxes would be deferred until 12/31/2026 and ultimately due by 04/15/2027.

@James McGovernIt's important to understand state laws, but the process is generally the same.In my experience, Section 8 tenants usually pay on time because they know that getting evicted would make it difficult for them to find another property to rent.

Nearly every multifamily in the country is in single family zoning, because zoning laws were established after the multifamilies were built.Have the buyers switch lenders. 

You need a working knowledge of real estate principles, real estate finance and real estate law.
