Places like Wilson, Rocky Mount, Greensville, and Fayetteville are inside that and are not as competitive as the places mentioned prior. 

Hello  BP - I am curious what other owners and PMs are doing/feeling about tenants mounting large, heavy, TVs on walls..... 

I didn't look much in Mount Washington, but since I work in Monroeville I didn't want to look in that area. 

You can find larger homes in Butcher's Hill, which is just north of Fell's Point, Mount Vernon, Union Square, Bolton Hill and Reservoir Hill, and there is demand for rental housing in all of these areas.Good luck!

I would like to install electric wall mounted heaters in all the rooms and pass the cost of heating on to the tenants.

The install would require mounting and connecting the cameras to the internet.c.

Trying to find a central Florida (Orlando Area)multi-family/apartment seems like Frodo trying to get to Mount Doom.

If they do not produce false alarms, try a different brand or model of powered units, or possibly consider changing the mounting locations.

I really like areas such as Dormont, Mount Washington but wonder if that would be catching lightening in a bottle. 

IKEA sells some decent cabinets too that actually hang mount from the wall.
