After graduating college, I will be house hacking in Pittsburgh, PA beginning this summer. Looking for some advice on what areas might be particularly better than others? Strongly considering Mt. Washington with views of downtown Pittsburgh. Let me know what you think!

@Peter Giammanco depends what your goals are really. If you're looking to make money/live for free likely have to look at the lower income/middle ground areas that might not necessarily be your first choice to live in. On the other spectrum you could look at nicer areas and basically view the house hack as a way to live there for very little compared to paying the higher rent you'd have to pay there if renting. Plus the loan paydown and appreciation will be higher in the higher priced areas. Pros and cons of each end of the spectrum.
