Tenants mounting Large TVs on wall
Hello BP - I am curious what other owners and PMs are doing/feeling about tenants mounting large, heavy, TVs on walls..... I have had walls with 10+ 3/4" holes with and without molly brackets still protruding (I guess they were hunting for a stud??)....
How are folks handing these types of things? Do you insist that your handyman install TVs? Are you worried about a wall being Swiss cheese after several tenants?
Allowing/disallowing? weight restrictions? I am really looking for hive mind guidance. TIA!
ETA: I can repair the holes, I am more looking for how other folks handle requests or allowing TVs on walls
