Same as with flooring, they say $599/install but if your flooring needs prep, a little bow, or anything, they skyrocket the price, in short, they are playing the odds that your project will have upcharges but you are desperate to get your job done.

Words like desperate to get the property are a terrible way to look at buying a property.

Land where they will be build is next to a nicer apartment complex geared towards non college renters.For every one call I get for a 4-5 bedroom I get 4 calls for 2 bedrooms so I am in desperate need for two bedrooms!

But, please, understand that we are intelligent, hard working people, that desperate to get out of poverty.

They are desperate to sell now & have owned it <1 year.

My lease stipulates no subletting without prior approval (lots of my son's friends are theatre students who desperately need a place to stay for the required summer stock show).  

I feel that it's a bit desperate and/or using SSI the incorrect way.

Think about it.. if you DESPERATELY need a beer.. are you going to sit on your couch and wait till somone knocks at your door and offrs you a beer?

Or they've got a smidge of desperation, they want it too bad. 

@Rachel Luoto,All that tells me, is the tenant was evicted, and is desperate and trying to bully you into renting to them.
