How to find low cost properties?
Where do people find these insane deals for only 50k or 70k? I live in Washington state, and it almost seems impossible to find these deals... unless I am looking in the wrong place and sites for these properties, but then again I am a complete noob, never bought a house. However, I do have a chunk of capital saved up and I am looking to heavily invest in real estate, I’m wanting to build up my rents property portfolio. I need guidance and help.

One time?
In Band camp?
A deal found me.. and paid $5K for a house!
So listen.. it i extremely hrd for you to find a good deal like that. You know why?
When someone is so eager to sell... THEY are the ones that will find you. Think about it.. if you DESPERATELY need a beer.. are you going to sit on your couch and wait till somone knocks at your door and offrs you a beer?
No.. unless you look like me.. but I don't drink.
No no my fellow investor.... the crazier the deal.. the more likely it will be that the person selling will find a buyer.. not the buyer finding the seller!
