The cheaper tables play the same game and will get you the same exposure with less money at risk.

Insulting him by claiming he is trying to get exposure to his signature is ridiculous and makes you look silly.

@Bill Gulley is dead on that you should push for an internal indemnity agreement to share the risk between the owners, but your real concern sounds like (and should be) your exposure to the bank.

They would have to be growing and distributing at a very high level to gain that kind of exposure.

However, if you have a choice and the budget, insulated fibreglass framed, triple glazed (glazings tuned for exposure) windows will offer excellent thermal performance. 

As the out-of-area folks have posted, market is less important when flipping because of limited exposure to market trends.
