Eugene Moore well time is money so if you want more traction offer to pay then a couple hundred bucks for their time.I don’t think you need a mentor though, I am a believer in trial by fire.

I would guess that she got it out last night since it got cold and would probably freeze up and she would get better traction. or Maybe her son pushed it.  

Unless there is critical mass showing that the area is transitioning, it's dangerous to be the first one (unless you control half the block and can create the critical mass) because the improvement may never gain traction.  

It is highly unlikely to make traction with your first 10 videos but this is where most people start letting off the throttle. 

Of course, anyone can sue for anything... but I’m not sure how much traction one would get suing for a staircase has been like that for 70 years.
