Some would call me crazy, but I love the thrill of making something old something new.

I am thrilled to be learning about real estate right now. 

I only list it on Airbnb (where I get about 85% of my business) and VRBO/HomeAway and have been happy with both.I'm so thrilled with my success, that in about 3 months, I'm moving to the town where my rental is (from Houston to FL), buying a primary residence there (already under contract), and buying more rental property to build my portfolio since I can afford to do it in FL but not in TX.

I am thrilled to hear that you are in the beginning phases for your first RE investing moves.

I'm sure the new first-time owners were thrilled.

Which, I guess is the most important thing.That said, I wasn't thrilled with their customer service, and when I started to get nervous about whether they (and I) was adhering to all DOJ and IRS regulation, they tried to convince me not to go through the process of getting the IRS ruling on my plan. 

I am thrilled to buy a $70K house that rents for $800.

They were thrilled to be united and we organized an accountant to speak at the next meeting, set for next week.I don't consider myself a "shopper" but I did my legwork.

If you buy it, tenants won't be thrilled to have to park so far down the street (and in the winter, not on a priority snowplow route, there's going to be a lot of snow on the street, making it harder to get in and out) and not have a plug in.
