Hello! My name is Cathy Provines, and I have lived near SLC since 1999!  I have a big heart, I am fun loving, and sensitive, I love nature, and I love helping people, and I love my son with all of my heart. He is the light of my life.  I'm new to this community and to real estate investing. I'm in 2 real estate investor mentorships groups. I am thrilled to be learning about real estate right now. I am a former elementary education teacher of 20 years. For the last 6 plus years, I have been self employed as a nanny, a caregiver, a dog sitter, and a Reiki Master. I have also, self published a children's book on Amazon. I am a single mom, of my amazing 21 year old son, who is a senior in college earning his degree in finance!
