Newbie in Pittsburgh looking for All-Stars!

Hi all!

I'm a newbie investor in the Pittsburgh area looking for great connections!  Obviously, that doesn't come without a cost, so I would love to just chat and reach out to people as much as possible to see how we can help each other!

I started real estate roughly 12 months ago with my first fix and flip that I did as side work and with family (yes.. 12 months later and we still haven't sold it.)  I've learned a ton, bled a lot, and argued more. With the finishing touches coming to an end and list day very *fingers crossed* closely approaching us I would love to step back from this and get some concrete systems in place.

I've embarked on two wholesale campaigns on my own and am loving it - the exposure to seeing houses, judging offers/repairs/ARVs, negotiations, and so much more has been an experience i cannot put a cost to.  I have big ambitions with realistic expectations but am ready to get dirty with everything and make true progress.  

I would love to connect with folks that can help develop systems, share stories, and provide resources!  To the best of my abilities, I will always try to do the same.  I love to provide value and input however I can. I'm a fast learner, self driven, and always ready to go.
