Should I find someone to set up the accounts and then teach me how to do the entries?

I initially used MLS listings so I can teach myself how to analyze deals so when I did find a good deal, it gave me enough practice in running #s so I can pull the trigger. 

Just remember to put yourself out there and tell people what you bring to the table because mentors will not just come knocking on your door willing to teach you, there has to be a reason or return for their teachings.

They help to teach you to "think different".
