Just make sure the trees are away from the house that the buyer has options for solar and satellite dish.  

He wants me to pay for the replacement of (hopefully only) the damaged wood panels. 

If you have a menards by you, you may want to check into their metal roof panels and just replace the roof on the cheap. 

I was doing a 2000 amp panel upgrade and wanted to see if I could do them in-house, but decided the liability and performance come too close for the "learning curve" of getting it done, so we ended up just hiring a sub and enjoying the markup.

Is it cost effective to put a solar panels on the roof? 

I had business card , flyers all over( cup holders, door panels etc ) .

The bathroom walls were done in what looked like tile, but cop a quick feel and you'll find that it is actually some sort of plastic paneling.

So I splurge in things they will notice and appreciate...better appliances, backlit rocker switches, remote control ceiling fans, 6-panel doors, upgraded flooring, decent furniture and accent walls.  

But this is 1st time we have come across of a house with a leased solar system.
