Did you get to see the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame?

You can never "vet" a wholesaler really, especially one man bands. 

The city has its own water, electric and cable company which I've been told is very nice.Trenton, Woodhaven, Flat Rock, and Riverview are more southern communities that have good potential for investments, as they are considered very good areas to raise kids (excellent schools, higher valued houses).Areas that I would stay away (or at least be hesitant) are: Ecorse, River Rouge, Melvindale. 

We obviously love Memphis given our name, but we also love Dallas, Houston, Little Rock, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, St Louis, Kansas City and Knoxville. 

In other words, is it a problem/how do you explain to C that they are making a contract with B and not A in a double close scenario?

Although real estate agents have thrown rocks through their windows, their model proves to be resonating with homeowners as they are a rapidly growing company.

(I use the home office deduction for my band, which is my sole proprietorship, another bedroom totally taken over used 100% for band rehearsals)Please don't say "ask your accountant"...I know, and I have and I will talk to her more about this stuff. 

My suggestion if you are a new landlord or thinking about becoming a landlord is to be rock solid on your lease and of course evaluate on a case by case basis but begin the eviction process as soon as you can.
