I'm a digital marketer: Impressive resume/ but I feel like an idiot when I'm talking to real estate professionals.There is a lot of industry knowledge to try and wrap my head around.Right now I am developing inbound marketing campaigns for a property management company.

I often work at the nuclear power stations.

What do you recommend I do to have a more competitive/attractive resume to recruiters in property management? 

'15 USNA grad here - I bought my first SFH down in Charleston, SC (specifically Goose Creek) when I was there for nuclear power school and rented out rooms to my buddies while I lived there too. 

The Lender will need your resume AND your Property Manager most often times.

And, honestly, having an extended family owning a home shouldn't be that big a deal, with most of the risks being basically the same risks that any nuclear family takes when buying a home.

And when they find it... they are not going back and forth pounding if it will be a good investment, bc they know it is based on their financial resume, their criteria, their plan for the property and what they will do with it. 

This is also our "resume" of sorts to attract private lenders and support our credibility.

It's definitely an impressive resume you have.
