I do think older sellers will have a harder time listing with someone so young, but that's not your bag on the way in.

Even if it’s possible it would only be possible if you never had any money of your own even gas from a car or extra cost of food or a plastic bag to bring your lunch and then it would only be a theoretical infinite based on money with no consideration for time yours or someone else’s.

I worked for the Govt for 23 years in the Army National Guard, so I am very familiar with them talking out of both sides of their face and leaving the layman holding the bag and the legal costs for figuring out what they really mean. 

What's to stop them from just walking away with the landlord holding the bag?
