Unconstitutional laws regarding covid-19 evictions?

Does anybody know of any landlord groups filing lawsuits against unconstitutional laws passed by states regarding evictions during COVID-19?

I live in MA, and it looks like the state felt like COVID-19 was the perfect time to screw over landlords. Not only do we have the federal CDC moratorium until march, 31 the state passed it's iwn set of unconstitutional rules:

So, now whenever you want to hive a notice to quit you have to report it to the state, give them an electronic copy and follow their procedures and firms.

Suspends any eviction rules that are not consistent with court standing orders about eviction

It seems like landlords are just becoming property managers for the state. Is there any group fighting against these unconstitutional laws that I could join?

Why aren't landlords taking legal action against the state?

Yes, there are people fighting against these things but there aren't enough. Contact your representatives. Join Landlord groups in your area. Do whatever you can to raise awareness.

Part of the problem seems to be that the conservative Landlords and citizens are leaving these states so fewer and fewer people are left to fight the fight.
