It is unfortuniate that these extreme examples are being used to punish those of us that would invest in the economy because the freeloaders are screeming to the government about being abused by lenders, sellers, ivestors, ect., while they are the ones abusing the system and riding it for as long as they can at every turn.The responsible one who find themselves in a bad situation temporarily have many opportunities for help before they get to this point.

I may be a glutten for punishment but three weeks ago I moved my family (myself, wife, 4 year old, 2 year old, 12 week old) to one of my rentals so that we could put our home on the market, all while rehabbing another home to live in.This also dovetails into another desire of mine to try and move into higher end homes to rehab although I'm finding it much harder to find deals using the 70% rule.

If you were a realestate agent it would be called "going behind the sign" which isn't illegal, but through the real estate commision it is punishable.
